Shipping policy
PROCESSING OF ORDERS
Orders placed through our store will be processed on the same day if placed before 12pm AEST. Orders placed after that time cannot be guaranteed for processing until the next business day. If you order is urgent, please let us know beforehand.
DISPATCH OF ORDERS
Dispatch will typically take place within 3 business days if in stock. No dispatch will occur over weekends or public holidays.
We use multiple courier companies such as Aramex, Auspost, CouriersPlease etc. to ship orders.
By default, packages from ModsDirect are dispatched to the customer with a pre-approved authority to leave. The courier has the authority to leave the package at the shipping address if safe to do so unless otherwise directed at the time of check out. Proof of delivery is available upon request and may be provided by photograph, GPS Co-ordinates or other means as decided by the courier service.
Once a delivery is made at the specified delivery address, ModsDirect and the courier are void of further responsibility.
If a package goes missing at the delivery address after a successful delivery, a police report MUST be filed.
All merchandise is in new condition when it leaves our shipping department.
If a part is lost or damaged via transit, immediately notify ModsDirect Australia and the carrier. ALL merchandise is shipped and insured for full value and the responsibility for proper delivery is upon the carrier.
Damaged parts will not be accepted by ModsDirect as a return.
